The MATHEMATICA implementation of RTNI has been developed and tested using Wolfram Mathematica version 11.
The package is contained in the Wolfram Language Package file RTNI.wl. Precomputed Weingarten functions are provided in the subfolder precomputedWG. Proceed as follows:
